MBA Graduate from National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai with specialization in Operations and Supply Chain Management. My experience at RBL Bank include managing and improving customer on-boarding journeys for RBL core & co-brand cards, tracking acquisition funnel metrics (AIP to KYC, KYC to Cards etc. ratios). Increasing cards on-boarding numbers by geographical expansion for digital, branch and partner channels, bringing process improvements in operations, verification, underwriting stages of credit card application processing. Re-branded Paisabazaar Co-brand card as RBL Bank Paisabazaar Duet Credit Card (previously known as Paisa On Demand) changing value proposition from rewards benefit to cashback benefit card. In non working hours you can find me playing Indian classical music or Bollywood melodies on flute.
