About Rahul Gurjar

I am a dispute resolution lawyer with a strong academic and professional foundation in commercial litigation, domestic arbitration, and intellectual property disputes. I hold a dual LL.M. in International Law and Sports Law, which has provided me with a global perspective and the ability to navigate complex legal issues across jurisdictions. Following my first master’s, I gained substantial experience at the Bombay High Court, working independently as well as with law firms. My practice focused on a diverse range of matters, including commercial disputes, IPR litigation, and arbitration proceedings under Indian law. Currently, I am interning at Ernst & Young in Madrid, where I am gaining exposure to international legal frameworks. While my present role is within the international tax department, my core interest and long-term commitment remain firmly anchored in dispute resolution, with a particular focus on arbitration and commercial litigation.
