Possess hands-on experience working in varied roles in different industries. I have successfully performed in Sales Teaching and Operations roles. Currently working in the Founders' office at MedTel Healthcare a health-tech startup providing Tele-Diagnostics Tele-Consultation Connected Care & Remote Patient Monitoring Solutions. MedTel Healthcare brings compatibility of different medical devices with the IoT network enhances the connectivity and fastens the entire process of data transfer analysis and retrieval. In the year 2020 I was managing operations at OxfordCaps a student living startup. I was a part of the central operations team in the Gurgaon HQ with a P&L responsibility of 18 properties spread across 4 Indian Cities leading a 2-layered team of approx 50 resources including 4 City Heads. The company was growing rapidly but then Covid-19 entered and colleges or related businesses got severely impacted almost overnight. Prior to that I have also managed operations and implementation in the education sector for large scale skill development and vocational training projects in multiple North Indian states leading a team of 10 direct reports. I have also been a Founder of a start-up in the F&B sector involved in developing a tech-enabled fully automatic dispensing machine for cocktails and mocktails. Although the venture was not a commercial success spending almost 3 years trying to run the start-up helped me learn immensely about:- 1. A Founders' Perspective 2. The importance of an efficient business model 3. Plenty of other Do's and Don'ts to keep in mind while establishing a new business from scratch! By virtue of having a diverse experience working across different industries and roles I have developed good skills in Operations Management & Execution Problem Analysis and Solving Networking and Relationship Management Team Building and Management.
