I have also overseen the integration of diverse third-party systems, including document management systems (DMS), file transfer tools, reporting platforms, and payment gateways. By spearheading these initiatives and guiding diverse teams, I’ve consistently enabled banks to accelerate customer growth, reduce onboarding times, improve compliance, and deliver exceptional digital experiences. Key Achievements: Led end-to-end digital onboarding implementations for both branch and digital channels across multiple banks—enabling seamless, omnichannel customer acquisition. Successfully managed complex, multi-brand onboarding, customizing journeys per brand while ensuring regulatory compliance. Integrated onboarding platforms with multiple core banking systems (e.g, Fiserv, Jack Henry, FIS) and third-party providers, automating processes from customer entry to funding. Achieved significant gains in onboarding speed, customer satisfaction, and compliance through process redesign and smart technology. Led the Banking Vertical of the Emerging Tech & Innovation COE at DXC Technology; delivered solutions on Blockchain, Chatbots, and RPA. Key contributor in pre-sales, winning major licenses and implementation deals. Reduced average UAT defects by 20% for a leading private bank. Project-managed loan system migration for a major MFI in India, completing within 7 months, with all interfaces and regulatory reporting delivered. Streamlined Accounts Receivables process, cutting payment settlement TAT by 60% for a Tier 1 client.
