As the Founder and Managing Director of Luminar Technolab, I provide IT education and services to students and clients across India. I have more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, and I have a deep understanding of the market needs, trends, and challenges. My core competencies include service delivery and operations, client engagement and satisfaction, financial management and business development, incident management and problem solving, and sales oriented operations. I have successfully supported various types of businesses and customer bases, including ITES/BPO, inbound voice technical support, customer service, and sales, in geographies such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and India. I am also a certified CCNA and Google Ads professional, and a technical evangelist who loves to share my knowledge and mentor others. My mission is to help students land IT jobs and to help clients achieve their IT goals. I am also the Founder of another company that offers IT solutions and consulting services.
