My passion for technical support began years ago when I found myself helping a friend troubleshoot a complex software issue late one night. Watching the frustration turn into relief and satisfaction with a solution was a pivotal moment—I realized how rewarding it is to make technology more accessible and reliable for others. Today, with nearly 9 years in technical support management, I continue to bring that same drive to my role as Technical Support Manager at Tresata. I design and implement support processes that align seamlessly with organizational goals and customer expectations, delivering exceptional service to a diverse global client base. My journey began at Khoros, where I progressed from an Associate Support Engineer to Technical Support Manager, honing skills in team leadership, technical troubleshooting, and customer relationship management. One of my proudest accomplishments was initiating a 24/7 support shift, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide continuous, reliable service. This initiative significantly bolstered customer trust and strengthened our reputation for reliability. With a strong foundation in CRM integration and data analytics, I use these insights to identify trends, drive strategic decision-making, and continuously improve support processes. Ultimately, I am passionate about combining technical expertise with leadership to build support systems that exceed customer expectations, foster long-lasting relationships, and drive organizational success.
