In my current role, I develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for the procurement of logistics and warehousing services, working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. I have successfully driven cost optimization and savings through effective contract negotiation, supplier consolidation, and value engineering. I have also implemented robust supplier performance management processes to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. My goal is to enhance the overall supply chain performance and support the business transformation and growth of Herbalife Nutrition.
