Finding a passion can spark at any given time. Luckily for me, my curiosity led me to learn and discover that finding innovative solutions can solve complex issues which satisfy client and business requirements. From a university presentation to over 2+ years of team development, leadership, and account management at The Enterprise Holdings. Inc. I am a preservationist and firmly believe in and encourage sustainable business models. So, I help our organizations promote the advantages of carsharing and managing their business accounts by communicating effectively, prioritizing tasks, planning and scheduling while mediating conflict to provide an optimized fleet. Over the past four years, I have helped increase the organization revenue by 23%, also recognized as Top sales employee consecutively in the year 2019. Since then, I have used my inquisitiveness to learn Web and Mobile application designing. For example, designing digital solutions for small business owners that help connect them to clients and generate revenue while building strong relationships. Later, I understood that applying empathy can be infused with my daily workflow, which empowered me to handle ambiguous problems faced in a project.
