I managed a team of more than 50+ people working in three shifts and was end to end accountable for safety quality delivery (20 000+ tons per day of coal coke iron ore) & cost metrics. I have done master’s in business management from XLRI Jamshedpur (2017-19) with majors in Operations & Marketing and have 2 months of experience with Aditya Birla Group as Group intern where I prepared the business plan for value added products at Ultratech Cement. I am a graduate (B.E. Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani Pilani Campus (2010-14).
