Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, a premier resort in the Canadian Rockies, has been the stage for my culinary growth, where I currently serve as Chef de Partie. In this role, I collaborate with the team to craft high-quality dishes, contribute to large-scale events like weddings and conferences, and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests. My journey from 1st Cook to Chef de Partie reflects a commitment to excellence and adaptability in the fast-paced hospitality industry. With a Postgraduate Diploma in Hotel and Resort Management from Lambton College and a BSc in Hospitality from IHM Ahmedabad, I bring a strong academic foundation to my culinary endeavors. Certifications in food safety, Smart Serve, and WHMIS enhance my operational expertise. Driven by a passion for hospitality and a focus on continuous learning, I aim to elevate the lodge's culinary offerings while maintaining exceptional service standards.
