Over 14 years of experience across real estate functions covering the entire project lifecycle including business development, feasibility analysis, liasioning, sales, project management, delivery, fund raising and private equity Investments. Have always been excited by spreadsheets and storytelling, the two critical skills of modern business. Would like to believe I am people’s champion - if a leader does not care about his people, they will not care about his mission. I believe to win in the marketplace you must first win in the workplace. Joined Kolte-Patil Developers as a Deputy Project Director in 2010. Since then have been instrumental in driving various strategic initiatives including Company’s entry into Affordable Housing and Mumbai Redevelopment market as well the scale up in Life Republic Township. Over the 11 years at KPDL, the role progression has been consistently rewarding and have moved upwards into several leadership roles – from Deputy Project Director (CMD Office - Strategy & New Initiatives) to Project Director - Mumbai (Project Strategy & BD), to Business Head – Life Republic, then to Business Head – Pune and finally being named Group CEO in Sep 2021. Prior to joining KPDL, was part of a leading private equity fund focused on real estate investments. Hold a M.M.S- Finance from JBIMS and a B.E - IT from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai. Have been a recipient of various prestigious merit Scholarships including Ratan Tata Foundation and National Merit Scholarship by Government of India during my M.M.S. program.
