I am an accomplished technology leader with over 21 years of experience managing large-scale ERP and supply chain technologies across the Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device sectors. My expertise spans global regions including APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America.My goal is to align technology strategies with business objectives to meet complex operational needs and optimize performance through customer-centric solutions. My leadership has consistently driven the successful activation of enterprise-wide digital capabilities, including large-scale ERP implementations, cloud transformations, and AI-enabled optimizations.In my current role as Global Platform Support Senior Manager at Kenvue, I lead the end-to-end delivery and modernization of supply chain and ERP platforms. I govern a complex landscape of over 17 ERP platforms, 800 SAP application servers, and 200 SAP instances. My work involves driving AI-driven operational automation, performance tuning, and cloud migration while managing global stakeholders to ensure resilient, scalable enterprise landscapes.Previously, as Manager of SAP Basis (APAC) at Johnson & Johnson, I owned SAP core platform services across 14 markets, standardizing processes and ensuring 24x7 availability for mission-critical environments. Prior to that, as Manager of Operations at Cognizant Technology Solutions, I managed global supply chain ERP support and led significant identity and access management implementations across more than 575 critical databases.I am passionate about fostering collaboration across global teams to drive the adoption of advanced digital technologies by enabling the digital transformation and AI-enabled TCO optimization.
