As a Recruitment Executive I source screen and negotiate with candidates for various clients and projects across different industries and markets. I have a MBA in HR/Marketing from AIMS Institutes and over four years of experience in recruiting and human resources. I have developed core competencies in recruitment project management online assessment offer negotiation and pre-hire process. In my current role I use various job portals and platforms to identify the clients' needs and find the best talent for them.
