Ich habe Erwachsenenbildung (und Wirtschaftswissenschaften) studiert und war nebenher als Studierendenvertreter sehr aktiv (Gremienarbeit, Evaluation, Beratung.). Beruflich habe ich mittlerweile verschiedene Bereiche der Bildung kennengelernt: Trainer (insb. zu Kommunikation), Ausbilder Büromanagement (zweiter Arbeitsmarkt, inkl. persönlichen Beratungsgesprächen), BackOffice. So habe ich bereits Teilnehmende jeden Alters kennengelernt. Begleitend habe ich immer wieder mehrtägige Weiterbildungen besucht (Systemische Beratung, Themenzentrierte Interaktion (TZI). Mein Ziel ist es, Menschen in Ihrer Persönlichkeitsentwicklung zu unterstützen, sodass sie mit sich und anderen besser zurecht kommen. Mein Menschenbild ist dabei stark humanistisch geprägt.
