I'm a Technical Development Manager at Reslink, an agile SaaS company operating in a fast-paced, startup-style environment. I’m a team player by heart — I care deeply about making sure my team has what they need to succeed and feel valued, and I bring that same energy to every client interaction. I naturally build trust with people, and both customers and coworkers tend to see me as someone they can count on. In my role, I work at the intersection of product development, customer value, new business, and strategy. I align technology with real-world needs — shaping product roadmaps, managing implementations, and leading key product enhancements. I coordinate efforts across internal and external stakeholders, always focused on solutions that serve both users and business goals. A major part of my work is building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. I act as a hands-on technical advisor, making sure we stay aligned with evolving needs and deliver real value — with upsell as a natural byproduct, not the goal. This is what I'm good at. I'm also deeply involved in new sales, serving as the go-to technical partner for our sales team. I help scope customer requirements, prepare tailored product demonstrations, and define implementation, development, and integration needs. I contribute to the quotation process by providing work estimates, timelines, and input on pricing and contracts. Key Achievements- Led the migration of 20+ legacy systems into our platform over 18 months by leveraging existing capabilities and developing new features — from scoping to delivery- Presented our solution in numerous multi-country enterprise RFPs, where it was consistently ranked as the top technical fit- Rebuilt a critical client relationship after a leadership change, restoring trust and re-establishing our platform as a long-term strategic fit — the account has grown 150% since. I bring a customer-first mindset, strong technical intuition, and a pragmatic approach to solving business problems with technology.
