As a Practice Advisor at OSI, I work directly with independent optometrists and opticians to transform clinics from the inside out, optimizing operations, training teams, and aligning strategy with patient-centred care. But my leadership story spans far beyond consulting. I’ve built and led full-scope businesses. I’ve designed accredited education programs from the ground up. I’ve served on regulatory boards, co-written scope of practice guidelines, and helped shape the standards that define opticianry in Canada today.
