I am a Service Desk Analyst at Give and Go Prepared Foods, a leading manufacturer of premium bakery products. In this role, I install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain various devices and peripherals for around 280 users, providing Level 1 and 2 support and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively. I also implemented Vulnerability Management for the organization, planning and executing different stages such as asset prioritization, user machine batching, and vulnerability scanning based on the criticality of IT assets. I have a degree in Computer Science from Fleming College, where I specialized in Computer Security and Investigation. I learned the fundamentals of cyber security, network security, digital forensics, and ethical hacking, and I gained experience with user provisioning and de-provisioning processes in an identity & access management capacity. I also coordinated and led the development and implementation of security requirements for various IT projects, including system migrations to cloud platforms. I am resourceful, flexible, and innovative, and I thrive in challenging environments. I am a strong team player, eager to contribute to dynamic settings.
