About Raj Mohan

With an overall 10 years of experience in robotics and automation, I specialize in software development of industrial-level indoor mobile robots. I hold a Master's degree in Robotics and Automation Engineering from Amrita School of Engineering, graduating with the University First Rank and Gold Medal. My expertise includes non-linear tracking controllers, global planners, and perception, localization, and navigation modules crucial for mobile robot navigation. I have extensive experience in developing software modules for perception and control systems, particularly for industrial robots and collaborative manipulators. As the CTO of ANSCER Robotics, I lead the development of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Pallet Lift Robots (PLRs), and Hybrid AMRs. My focus is on GPU-accelerated perception, localization, and no-code/low-code integration platforms, ensuring best-in-class safety, flexibility, and performance in industrial automation.Beyond theoretical knowledge, I have successfully deployed robotics solutions at client sites across APAC and US regions, showcasing my ability to translate innovation into real-world applications.
