Risk Assessments: Develop scope of work for occupational health risk assessments, covering both qualitative and quantitative hazards. •Environmental Aspect and Impact Assessments: Develop scope of work for environmental aspect- impact assessments. •Direct Field Support: Frequent visits to client sites and field locations for service delivery, including training, audits, incident investigations etc.•Audits: Developing protocols for audits against third party management system certification. •Incident Investigation & Documentation: Conduct and document incident investigations. •Performance Analysis & Management Reporting: Gather key HSE performance data; interpret metrics to risk rank activities and advise management on improvement programs.•Project Management: Assisting in the implementation of HS & E project for clients. Execution plan for the work site. Extensive external liaison with contractors and internally with those accountable for project management. Participate in regular HS & E meetings with the contractors and related interested parties. • Develop and support implementation of the company wide objectives and programs to improve HSE performance.• Suggest/assist management on matters related to HSE audit plans and HSE training plans • Assist/support all departments for effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of HSEQ systems/policies and procedures.• Prepare material and conduct training and awareness programs for staff at all levels. • Conduct and or assist other departments for performing Aspect-Impact/Hazard-Risk study.• Maintain all relevant records (manual/procedures, audit plan, NCR’s, training records, meeting minutes, monthly reports, statistical data, correspondences with certification body etc.) pertaining to HSE management system.• Standardize all documents (policy/procedure/forms) received by various departments/sites and subsequent posting of the updated documents on the ‘’Public Folder.
