A dynamic IT banking professional with over 15 years of experience with Tier 1 Retail, Wealth, Commercial and Investments banks as an established Programme and Project Manager with expertise managing and delivering programmes within the space of Infrastructure, Application, End User Computing, Digital, Regulatory and Compliance. Accredited to both Prince2 and AgilePM, experienced delivering with both traditional Waterfall and Agile project methodologies, who has managed project budgets to £10m+ across the entire breadth of project delivery, from inception and project brief through the full software development life cycle through to implementation and handover to business and operations. Notable career achievements include infrastructure, application and end user upgrades/migrations and merger/divestment programmes, the delivery of two high profile regulatory IT data remediation projects under an FCA Skilled Persons Review (s166) mandate, numerous IT property relocation projects, payment solutions factoring cash lodgement, credit card payment and cheque handling deliveries between segregated banking organisations. Further achievements span multiple IT telephony with regulatory call recording transformations for customer service teams, digital web transformation programmes and customer database migrations with one notable central database delivery achieving compliance with the Irish banking regulator. Most recently, acted as a delivery lead utilising Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data and Cloud (AWS) technologies to deliver a customer Data Insight engine with a fully functioning API utilising Open Banking for multiple consumers, delivered via an Agile Scrum methodology.
