About Raj Sarma

My passion for biomedical research started to take shape as an undergraduate, when I majored in bioengineering. What fascinated me was the ability to unlock reasons behind disease process and the ability to develop solutions. Since earning my Master's in Physiology, my career has evolved, always along a medical/ pharmacological axis. I currently lead teams to educate customers on important outcomes that shape patient care, taking complex results and communicating them in a simple, creative way. I bring strategic direction and vision as a brand leader with a strong record of delivering outstanding results for existing products and new product launches, including new indications in numerous areas of oncology and hematology. My strengths are in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive commercial success through customer insights and innovative programs, fostering close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. I've had the opportunity as a leader to elevate organizational performance through people development and by fostering a culture of accountability and empowerment, with respect for diversity and inclusivity.
