Highly experienced, well qualified and results driven Project Manager who is able to progress an entire scope of works throughout each milestone whilst engaging with and communicating closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ascertain needs and manage their expectations. I am a Prince 2 Practitioner, SCRUM Master Professional who has gained extensive expertise working with variations of Agile and waterfall project management methodologies and frameworks which results in the delivery of each project deliverable and milestone on time, in budget. For me, understanding and delivering business benefits and outcomes is a key motivation for success. Demonstrating exceptional communication, stakeholder presentation, and negotiation and influencing skills, I have successfully led a variety of project teams, supporting and mentoring the career aspirations of each individual I manage. This has included delivering suitable coaching and guidance to the team members about every aspect of the project so that the team members can understand their tasks fully and act on them efficiently. I am able to design, develop and deliver a successful project management program of works and schedules which encompass all the details of a project to the most appropriate team members and stakeholders whilst developing the most appropriate business strategies in order to achieve such goals. My risk management and reporting skills are second to none and I am able to highlight issues or mistakes and achieve set targets by detecting such issues with the most cost effective resolution in a timely and proactive manner. Throughout my career, I have been challenged by the remit of my role but am a passionate and engaged leader of people who is able to take full ownership of my roles and accountability.
