I graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship in 2023. Since then, I have been working as a Brand Ambassador at Residents Medical, where I develop and implement organic social media growth campaigns, create engaging video content, and design marketing infographics. I have a strong passion for digital marketing and customer relationship management, and I am proficient in using tools such as Zapier and Adobe Creative Suite.In my current role, I have successfully increased retention and interaction across all social media platforms, targeting a younger demographic and boosting domain authority. I have also worked on multiple video projects that have driven organic traffic to the company's website and generated leads for the sales pipeline. I have contributed to the company's mission of helping aspiring doctors achieve their residency goals by creating informative and inspiring content.
