Expertise in molecular breeding, technology landscaping and development, data analytics and collaboration management. Skilled in leading cross-functional global project teams, securing funding, and driving product innovation in academia and industry. Certified Project management professional (PMP), Management of Programs (MSP), Management of Portfolio (MoP) with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. In the 16+ years at Syngenta, I have had the privilege to work in several roles to deliver innovative solutions to support growers around the globe. I’ve led several projects and teams in the delivery of projects, portfolios, and digital solutions respectively. I am a firm believer of servant leadership practices and take immense pride in building and developing effective teams. I value people and have a passion connecting the right people across the organization, to collaborate and drive innovation by exploring external opportunities in breeding analytics, phenotyping and Automation as well.In addition, my passion also revolves around improving agricultural productivity in the face of climate change especially for small scale farm holders in better understanding their unmet needs and how, management, technology and operational efficiency can not only improve their profitability but improve their lives in a sustainable manner. I like to think of myself as a never-ending learner who is always looking for better/effective ways to integrative innovative solutions in pursuit of continuous improvements.
