About Raja Ray

A fantastic 30+ years of experience in the UX/UI Creative Digital Design space. Having graduated from one of the most reputed Design/Fine Arts college, Faculty of Fine Arts (Applied Arts), M.S. University Baroda in 1995, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the most iconic brands & leading companies in the business, beginning with J. Walter Thompson (JWT) in (1995-1997), followed by my first brush with the digital space with rediff.com one of the leading portal in the digital space. This was followed by a four years association with Lowe Worldwide where I was responsible for setting up their digital arm called Linteractive, working on digitizing some of their iconic clients such as Maruti Suzuki (Corporate and Brand websites), Wills Lifestyle, Tata Infotech among others. Post which I had the opportunity to head the creative department in the role of National Creative Director, in India’s largest online/digital agency called Connecturf/Ignitee (2004-2008), after which I joined TCS to help set up and head their UX/Design group known The ‘U’Xperience Group. I was also instrumental in helping set up UX/UI/Design capabilities for what is now known as TCS Interactive. Currently I am with TCS as Sr. Consultant – Creative Director and have program managed multiple UX/UI engagements for various customers such as Hewlett Packard’s (hp.com) e-commerce portal development amongst many others. I had been supervising multiple UX/UI related projects for TCS - Microsoft Relationship, since 2008 till August 2017, post which I was working on multiple UX/UI related internal and external projects across various accounts as well as training college graduates/interns, based in TCS’s North America Global Delivery Center at Seven Hills Park in Milford/Cincinnati. I am currently Executive Design Director at TCS Interactive and based in Kolkata, India.
