Opportunity to working in a fast-paced with the team where individuals within the team are responsible to contact Advertisers for ad material, resolve the query, fulfilling content upload and getting them approved promptly to fulfil the sales process. Working closely within the team, production and client support teams the individual is expected to ensure clients get the best experience. This role requires excellent client communication, quick thinking and awesome task prioritization. • Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product • Responsible for sending Service Recovery Reports to the clients within 24 hours from the time of escalation • Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them • Responsible for sending weekly / monthly reports to the client / Senior Management • Timely flagging of issues to the client / Sr. Management • Responsible for resource allocation / seat and or billable utilization • Responsible for Utilization and through put for the location • Manage and maintain demand vs. capacity reports • Plan and reserve staffing for queues during peak • Maintain accurate reports of production traffic • Escalating to the tech team in case of technical issues and follow-up • Develop strong interpersonal relationships with the team • Conducts performance appraisal and one-on-one reviews
