My journey started as a mainframe developer with Cognizant Technology Solutions worked for United Health Group for around 2 years. Later moved to Renault Nissan Technologies and continued as Mainframe developer for 2 more years in Renault MRP Application. Strong domain knowledge also helped me to perform Business analyst role for the MRP application and then to TMS Application (Integrating Transport Orders Planning Transport E2E Cost Calculation track and trace using Shippeo Platform) I have managed multiple projects from onsite as well as from offshore and have experience in delivering projects for Renault Supply Chain Domain and have International and cross-cultural experience working in Europe. I have worked both in Water fall model as well as in Agile methodology. Below the list of Key activities which I used to perform as a Business Analyst. • Supports and contribute during all phases of requirements process • Supports Product Owner in building of Epics User Stories and its Acceptance Criteria with digital expertise • Propose and challenge the Backlog and its prioritization • Helps the Team understands Stories in the Product Backlog to the level needed • Helps the Product Owner to verify the Stories after development • Ensures that the Product Backlog is visible transparent up to date and clear to all • Propose market best practices to the business problem or opportunity to specific domain. • Activities: Elicitation Execution Validation of Product and documentation. • Ability to lead workshops with the teams. • Understand Business process planning of activities • Evaluate high level requirements gathered from multiple sources and to draft functional specification document • Provide functional diagnosis of Incidents • Propose functional workaround of Incidents • Have hands on experience on Confluence and Jira tools. • Ability to lead scrum meetings especially daily scrum meeting • Provide relevant Minutes of meeting as soon as it is necessary • Lead the functional testing activities to validate features prior to deployment in production • Proposed and developed MAKE MODE products in GCP AWS environments
