Background

About Rajaram Karki

I’m a Software Engineer at Cedar Gate Technologies with a strong foundation in C#.NET, SQL, and data-driven application development. Over the past year, I’ve grown from an intern to Associate Software Engineer and now Software Engineer — contributing to multiple projects including Datagen, ETL, and BRE, and building scalable backend systems that integrate complex business logic with clean, maintainable code.My work spans:Backend Development: Designing and implementing services, APIs, and data pipelines in.NET, integrating with SQL and NoSQL databases (RavenDB).Data Warehousing & Automation: Improving data migration efficiency, implementing ETL processes, and developing automation for QA performance testing.UI Integration: Connecting backend logic with UI components (e.g, Telerik Grid), creating export functionalities, and optimizing user-facing performance.Beyond technical skills, I value time management, dedication, and independent problem-solving, balanced with active collaboration and continuous learning. I’ve earned certifications in Docker, GitHub, ASP.NET MVC, and more, and I regularly explore new tools and techniques to deliver better solutions.Earlier in my career, I worked as a Unity Engineer and Game Programmer, developing over 25 2D/3D games for mobile platforms. This background honed my creativity, logical thinking, and ability to translate ideas into interactive experiences.I’m always open to sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas, and exploring opportunities that challenge me to grow — whether in backend engineering, data solutions, or innovative software projects.
