Background

About Rajasree Devanathan

I’m an MSc Finance student currently developing strong foundations in Payroll and HR Operations, supported by hands‑on experience working with confidential data, reporting, documentation accuracy and process‑driven administrative tasks. I am completing a Diploma in Bookkeeping & Payroll, with plans to progress to the IPASS Certificate in Payroll Techniques, building practical skills in PAYE, PRSI, USC, statutory leave, compliance and payroll processing.Across my roles in HR, finance and student operations, I’ve managed high‑volume coordination, maintained accurate records, produced structured reports, and supported onboarding and people‑focused processes. My experience includes HR analytics, compensation analysis, reconciliation support, data validation, and workflow improvements - all of which translate directly into payroll accuracy and compliance.I enjoy roles that require precision, structured problem‑solving and clear communication, and I’m motivated by work that supports employees and strengthens operational efficiency. I’m particularly interested in Payroll, HR Operations, Shared Services and People Support roles where I can apply my analytical background and growing payroll expertise. If you’re hiring for payroll or HR operations roles, I’d be happy to connect.
