I am a detail-oriented Data & Accounts Associate at IRIS Business Services, where I specialize in data mining, CRM database management, and market research to support global Sales and SDR teams. I manage large datasets and reporting updates across multiple regions including the US, Europe, and Africa, using tools like Excel, HubSpot, Zoominfo, and Seamless.AI. One of my key contributions has been identifying and providing high-quality ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) to sales teams, helping them improve outreach and connect rates. I work closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and actionable reporting to support business goals. Academically, I hold an MBA in Finance & Operations (LPU), and I’m currently upskilling by pursuing the Google Data Analytics Certificate and the Be10x Excel Workshop to transition into a full-time Data Analyst role.
