I am a dedicated humanitarian professional with over nine years of experience in diverse development and humanitarian projects, with a focus on cash-based responses. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University and have honed my skills in beneficiary identity and transfer management through professional training and hands-on national and international exposure. My work with the United Nations World Food Programme has enabled me to leverage my strong IT and interpersonal skills to work with multiple financial service providers and ensure timely and effective cash transfers. As an IT Operations Assistant, I have supported planning, procurement, and implementation for cash-based food assistance programs and developed standard operating procedures to streamline operations. I am proud of my achievements in managing partnerships with NGOs, local authorities, and different stakeholders and have assisted about 1.3 million beneficiaries with cash-based transfers of more than 34 million US dollars—and counting.
