Seasoned and accomplished retired Indian Army Officer with 35 years of rich experience in steering and directing all aspects of flying operations, training, career planning, budgeting and equipment maintenance in the Army and the Corporate World. • With such vast and vivid experience in the aviation world, can initiate start-ups or provide consultation/guidance to aviation companies in terms of induction of aircraft based on thorough analysis of the current market situation, Non Schedule Operators Permit (NSOP) requirements, preparation of Operations Manual and other regulatory requirements. • Undergone six months fully residential Post Graduate course in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from April- September 2007. • Worked as Head HR with Asahi India Glass Ltd in Corporate Office at Gurgaon for two years. • Deputy Chief Pilot with Global Vectra Helicorp Limited holding a Management Position. • Worked closely in association with Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) towards preparation of Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR) and other Operational Documents prior to induction of permanent Flight Operations Inspector (FOI) in DGCA.
