With over 10 years of experience in systems engineering and customer service, I am a skilled and dedicated Systems Support Analyst at Clever Devices, a leading provider of intelligent transportation systems. My mission is to manage and create strong relationships with contacts at OC Transpo, one of the largest transit systems in Canada, and to serve as a senior-level technical resource for system troubleshooting, issue identification, and resolution coordination. As a Systems Support Analyst, I leverage my knowledge of Systems Security and my competencies in software development security, asset security, and network devices. I work as a key member of the customer account teams to provide a unified front helping the customers support their Clever Devices' products. I also support the underlying servers that support Clever Devices' applications and assist with the general structure and components of transit vehicles. Additionally, I work with Engineering to provide supporting information and log files for the JIRA tickets and use log files and other inputs to look for trends in fleet data. I am enthusiastic about computers, networks, virtualization, and cybersecurity, and I like to follow my curiosity to perfection.
