Dr. Rajeev Aggarwal is holding MBA and PhD degree in Management from India and done number of professional courses from International organisations. Presently working as Professor & Director (MBA Program) at Rajiv Gandhi institute of Technology, Bangalore since March 2022. before that I was working with own consulting firm Rachit Consulting services, New Delhi as Managing Director. Before joining RCS, I was working as International Consultant (B2B Linkage & Industrial Development) at Industrial Park Development Corporation- Competitiveness and Job Creation Project, A World Bank Project from 01st November 2019 till June 30, 2021, Earlier, he joined The National Small Industries Corporation Limited, New Delhi in July’1995 as Deputy Manager. In May’ he was selected by Republic of Rwanda to work as Advisor- Entrepreneurship & SMEs Development and posted on lien from NSIC to Republic of Rwanda till 31st January 2005. While in Rwanda, he has set up many unique initiatives in Rwanda such as Cottage Industry Technology Demonstration cum production centre, Technology Business Incubator, Centre for Innovations and Technology Transfer in Rwanda. After, he joined Ministry of Labour, Empowerment, Youth, Woen and Children, Zanzibar as Expert & Advisor (Entrepreneurs & hip & MSMEs Development) since 10th December 2012 till 16th July 2019. During his tenure at Zanzibar, he has assisting the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar in creating an Entrepreneurship Ecosystem and setting up of ICT, Tourism and Agribusiness Incubator at Universities to solve unemployment problem. Recognized internationally and in Africa, Dr. Rajeev Aggarwal has been a pioneer and facilitator in the Entrepreneurship and development of Business incubators in Africa. He has helped develop and establish numerous business incubators in Africa. He expresses his passion for innovation, entrepreneurship and local economic development and current Coordinator- African Incubation Network (AIN) for East and Central Africa.
