As a VFX Supervisor my responsibilities include : • Managing & understanding the directors and / or clients vision and making sure that we deliver top quality work in accordance to their requirement. • Work with local & international teams in delivering a project. • Help troubleshoot production problems with the teams. • Come up with smart solutions with the production teams to achieve the desired look • Break down scripts, and bid new work proposals. • Directed aerial shoots on a few locations for the flying theatre films. • Interact with the clients on accomplishing their vision on theme parks, in terms of addition to story beats, locations to shoot etc. based on their budgets. Giving them the best possible options while still staying in the client budgets. • Train & interview new talent coming into the organisation. • Allocate & help staff lighting artists depending on the complexity of a project. • Involved in envisioning new lighting pipelines in the studio.
