1986-2008) Part of team to introduce state of art technologies in Indian Coast Guard ships and establishments as electrical maintenance engineering expert, chief electrical maintenance engineering head in 07 various warships. While in service I had expanded vendor facilities in various parts of India and kept the ships sailing due to continuous re-engineering of various equipment and machinery on board *(2008-2009) As chief maintenance engineer at hospital, I have recovered carrier make central a/c system ( faulty since last 5 years) to work up to the maximum output, HP compressors/ sewage/ water treatment plants, recovered to work up to its maximum capacity due to continuous effort by re-engineering.*(2009-2011) Taken Electrical contractor and Electrical supervisor license from Govt. Of Kerala, India and was engaged in Electrical project works *(2010-2012) A short tenure of about 2 years in a Marine Engineering college for ship building and ship repairs as Senior Faculty, Marine Electrical and Electronics Engineering *(2012-2013) A tenure as maintenance engineer at KTDC H&R Ltd. Hotels (one three star, one two star and one heritage) at Thekkady (30 rooms + 40 rooms + 6 rooms)*(2013-2014) A tenure as maintenance engineer att KTDC H&R Ltd. Hotels Tea County, three star at Munnar (67 rooms)*(2014-till date) Presently I am employed as Maintenance Engineer in KTDC H&R Ltd. Resort Water Scapes, a three star rated resort property with 40 rooms. Specialties: Tech-savvy with electrical Engineer with more than 21 years in ship repairs, maintenance, dry docking, 5 years in facility management, maintenance engineering in hospitality sector, hospitals, 2 years as senior faculty in ship building and ship repairs subject.
