30 years career defining beginning at C&S Electric 1 time President North Zone & 2-time Operations leader across India leading large companies like Motherson sumi Genius Consultants and MaxSys. 2 times entrepreneur in HR Operations domain . Currently working as Operations Head at Spectrum Talent Management a limited organization. With a core belief in the strength of people relationships and straightforward consumer truths I have worked across sectors markets and teams over the course of these 28 years. Worked majorly into Staffing and recruitment Industry Operations Account Management Sales Ops Business Development and Customer Service with emphasis on strengthening & leveraging senior level relationships to manage the P&L. Managed the overall ops and business of Staffing Vertical for both IT as well as NON IT business for around 700+ cr with a team of 80+Across India. Have been part of senior management have set up and led cross functional large teams managed change initiatives. I humbly call myself a ‘street COO or Operations leader; believing in ground-up planning executional excellence and collaborative leadership. I am inspired by young entrepreneurs and leaders and I want to nurture as many of them as I can in order to achieve my goal of creating numerous impactful businesses in our nation.
