I am an ACCA Finalist, MSc(Finance), MBA, and BCom graduate, having more than 10 years of experience in accounts, finance, and audit. Currently pursuing final papers of ACCA in Ireland. I can handle all the accounting functions like payables, receivables, bank transactions, cash, payroll, and asset management independently. I have had enough exposure to different accounting packages like SAP, SAGE 200, Oracle(Visual Cam), Agile, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. I am comfortable and competent with all the MS applications such as MS Excel VBA and MACROS, Pivot Table, Spreadsheet, MS Word, PowerPoint, and other platforms like Outlook. I have got proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365. These applications help to link different pages with formulas and also to keep a single point to share or view the common documents. etc. I handled the Creditors for a volume of got the exposure to scrutinize before accounting all the incoming and outgoing invoices. I can manage the Processing of Purchase Orders and freight invoices, and the creation of marketing Non-Inventory POs. I was dealing with the periodical payment process to the suppliers through supplier aging. While dealing with Sundry Debtors, I have had the opportunity to deal with our operation team to coordinate the certification and approval of our invoices from clients for the total amount of I was accounting for the debtors invoices and also followed up on the payments as per the receivable aging statement. I can manage and reconcile banks on a daily basis to keep updated the bank positions and other ledgers on a periodical basis to meet management account deadlines. I was doing periodical delivery of month-end accounts, to preparing Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and all kinds of Reconciliations. I was a part of the team to support the timely delivery of budgets and forecasts of cash flows as part of the Management Information System. I completed a Diploma in the Irish Payroll System, QQI -Level 6. I can do accurate and timely payroll management through periodical online communication with Revenue commissioners(ROS).I am thoroughly aware about getting RPN from Revenue, and PSR(Payroll submission to Revenue) details. I also have the knowledge on goods and service tax such as VAT and PSWT. I was liaising with auditors and departments as part of a statutory audit.
