ABOUT ME- I have more than 25 years of experience in handling complex litigations for clients in the Supreme Court of India, H.C.of Delhi, National Green Tribunal & other various courts situated at New Delhi. I have extensive experience in providing legal advice and representing the clients in Civil as well as in Criminal matters including Environmental matters, Labour matters, indirect Taxation matter, Land Acquisition matters, Service matters, Mines Minerals and Mining Lease, Pollution Control related matters etc. I have also represented in multiple cases before three-Judges Bench and Constitution Benchs. I am an empanelled Advocate for the State Government of U. P. in the Supreme Court since January 2004 and for the Railway in the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, since May 2009. I was an empanelled Advocate for the UOI in the Supreme Court from July 2007 till October 2014. WORK EXPERIENCE- • Currently a practicing advocate in the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, National Green Tribunal and other various courts situated at New Delhi. • Advocate for the State Government of Uttar Pradesh in the Supreme Court since January 2004. • Advocate for the Union of India in the Supreme Court from July 2007 till October 2014.(B Panel). • Advocate for the Railway in the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, since May 2009. • Experience of drafting of Special Leave Petitions, Counter Affidavits, Review Petitions and Rejoinder Affidavits, Contempt Petitions etc. • Experience of assisting various learned Senior Advocates, Solicitor General, Additional Solicitor General & Advocate General in the Civil as well as in Criminal matters including Environmental matters, Labour matters, indirect Taxation matter, Land Acquisition matters, Service matters, Mines Minerals and Mining Lease, Pollution Control related matters etc. Also in three Judges Bench matters and Constitution Bench Matters.
