About Rajeev Kumar Saxena

As an experienced automotive professional, I have been actively involved in the industry since 1993, joining at the dawn of the automotive factory automation era. Throughout my career, I have gained expertise in various areas, including automation projects, Kaizen management, maintenance, project management, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation. Having started my journey at Hero Honda (now Hero MotoCorp Ltd.) in 1996, I quickly progressed from automation projects to assume responsibilities in maintenance and project management. It was during this time that I became actively involved in TPM activities, focusing on optimizing plant efficiency and productivity. My dedication and accomplishments in TPM caught the attention of Mr. Yoshioka San from JIPM Japan, earning me recognition for my contributions in driving TPM practices within the organization. In 2015, I embarked on a new challenge by joining the Global Parts Center, a cutting-edge facility established as a state-of-the-art Automated Storage and Retrieval System. This facility, built on industry 4.0 principles, showcases a wide variety of equipment featuring world-class advanced technologies and features. It stands as one of the pioneering and largest automated warehouse plants in the automotive industry.
