I can lead teams to great success and thus I understand that I've great leadership qualities. After working as Branch Manager(for almost 2 years) and as Treasury Marketing Officer (almost 1 year) and in Treasury Operations at NYB for almost one and half years, I still feel that I've a lot way to go and have to learn a lot in Credits/Syndication and Global Treasury (Front Office). Having exhibited the best leadership qualities (performance, man management, time management, path-breaking ideas) in the most challenging leadership assignment at State Bank of India for more than four years now, the position has made me ready for any and every challenge across financial markets and even other sectors. By assessing finance for various manufacturing, food-processing, infrastructure and other sector industries, it has given a lot of insights into credit as well as credit risk management. Managing Risk Focused Internal Audit of more than 80 units under my control in all these four years, getting best ratings for most of them has given a great knowledge and insight into local as well as global compliance.
