As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Digicel Group, I ensure the quality and performance of the digital apps that serve millions of customers across the Caribbean, Central America, and Asia Pacific. I am responsible for testing, debugging, and documenting the app features and functionalities, as well as providing feedback and recommendations for improvement. I have a strong background in business and entrepreneurship, having graduated from St. Jago High school with a field of study in Entrepreneurial and Business Studies, and attended Edwin Alen High school with a field of study in Business and Entrepreneurship. I also have over three years of experience in customer service, having worked as a Customer Care Representative and a Quality & Assurance Executive at Digicel Group, where I handled inbound and outbound calls, resolved customer queries and complaints, and monitored and evaluated the service quality and performance of the customer service team. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as learning and developing new skills and technologies. I am a motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player, who thrives under pressure and embraces new challenges. I am eager to contribute to the success and growth of Digicel Group, as well as to my personal and professional development.
