With over two decades of leadership in Sales, Distribution, and Strategic Planning, I have built a career defined by growth, transformation, and market leadership across India’s most competitive regions and industries. From pioneering distribution networks in Tier 3/4 towns to leading sales for one of India’s largest DTH brands across West and North India, my journey has been about scaling businesses, mentoring high-performing teams, and unlocking new market opportunities. Currently serving as Senior Vice President – Regional Sales Head (North India) at Tata Play, I drive strategy, execution, and team performance across vast geographies and multi-product portfolios. Previously, I led the West India region as Vice President, where I shaped GTM strategies, introduced new channel models, and contributed directly to organizational growth at the boardroom level. Throughout my career, I’ve- Led teams of across sales and service operations - Designed and executed game-changing GTM strategies and sales automation tools - Expanded channel networks by over 100%, establishing strong presence in underserved rural markets - Championed P&L ownership, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making My experience spans across top FMCG and media organizations including Tata Play, Hindustan Unilever, Jubilant Organosys, and Nerolac Paints. My approach combines hands-on market insight with strategic foresight, enabling sustained revenue growth, operational excellence, and team empowerment. I believe in leading from the front, building teams that think boldly, act with discipline, and always keep the customer at the center. With a strong foundation in marketing and leadership (backed by my ongoing Executive Education at IIM Lucknow), I continue to explore new ways to grow, lead, and make an impact.
