I am a post-graduate in operations-supply chain management and a graduate in Civil Engineering. I also have knowledge of tools like : • Microsoft Advanced Excel • Microsoft Power BI • EXIM Right after my post-graduation, I got a golden opportunity to be a part of Expeditors as an apprentice where I learned and executed end to end shipments from North India to Foreign Countries, My job roles were : •Arranging shipment by air, pick up at all origin through freight forwarder by coordinating with international suppliers and local customers based on Incoterms 2020. •Arranging booking managing shipping schedule for airport movement and checking all draft HAWB docs in advance. •Tracking and keeping records of the flights once it leaves the origin and updating for all concerned Shippers, Follow up with supplier for commercial documents as well as original documents for clearance. •Coordinating with procurement/shipper/freight forwarder/shipping line/ transporter and end customer for delivery. •Checking processing freight forwarder bills as per bid and transportation bills. Arranging payment of Bill of order, freight forwarder. •Arranging for Customer clearance and good contact with CHA’s and Transporters. •Checking processing freight forwarder bills as per bid and transportation bills.
