As a speaker I strive to inspire, as a consultant I serve to elevate, and as a coach accompany clients to discover and achieve potential. As a radio show co-host, I present inspirational role models who share tools and resources that listeners can use right away, right now. As a member of non-profit teams, I serve to learn and grow, and to share my mentors' lessons. My mentoring clients: Startups to Fortune; Entrepreneurs to CEOs. We gain confidence in 3 steps: develop a clear vision, construct a success ecosystem, and set realistic and prioritized milestones. This resets life. We achieve buoyancy and stride by aligning skills, passion, knowledge, experience, and trusted circles. We gain irreversible insights and authentic grounding. We stop chasing (jobs, connections, wealth), and have opportunities chasing us. We Reverse the Chase. Money comes invited. My tools work. They are forged by education, experience, and mentors; a UHCLC MBA from a program where NASA and oil industry professionals train; executive and management-track programs at Xerox and IBM, an Executive Program at USC; Methodologies: Six Sigma, Quality Improvement Process, Project Management; Experience in serving Fortune to Startup initiatives in developed and emerging nations. The insights work because they represent the collective wisdom of universal values. They are tested in the fires of corporate factories and shaped by the full span of human goodness and shortfalls. Success comes when there is a compelling reason to act. When I can’t inspire a client to unclench the “what’s in it for me” question, progress stalls. When we don't inspire others, we live uninspired lives. When people don't invest in others, the universe does not invest in them (their success).
