After completing my Graduation and Post Graduation in Tourism from Delhi University, I am in the tourism industry since last 29 years. I was fortunate enough to work with reputed organisations i.e. Thomas Cook(India) Ltd, Sita World Travel,Taj Group of Hotels, STIC Travels. Since Oct’93 I am running operations of Indian Holidays as profitable venture : I can say with confidence that I am a multi-faceted professional with honed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills and distinction of escalating business turnovers, product diversification and development during the career span. Last 20 years I am managing business of Indian Holidays & it has has made me a complete tourism professional who can single handedly manage the show of any small,medium or large organisations: Can steer the complete business operations & accomplishing the preset business targets. Managing the entire business & handling all travel related business (Domestic/International ticketing, inbound / outbound tours, International / National Conferences). Can efficiently handle all customer complaints and legal issues. Can lead and motivate teams ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company. Accountable for setting up and conceptualizing tour packages and innovative products in this challenging tourism market. Managed prestigious travel accounts viz. IHS-HUDCO, Parle Exports, North Star Group, Helpage India, Infosys Army Headquarters, Indian Law Partners, DPS School & British School and many more.
