With over 25 years of combined experience in the e-learning consulting and market insights industry Rajeev is renowned for his expertise in advisory services and market insights. In his current role as the VP of Global Delivery Rajeev oversees global production at Blitz Learning Technologies leveraging his extensive background in delivering top-tier insights projects to international clients. Earlier in his career Rajeev demonstrated his strong team management and core business skills as a Senior Consultant at Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC) a Teknowlogy group company. During his tenure he played a pivotal role in establishing the India office and successfully running the business for 4.5 years. Rajeev excelled in managing partner relations and investor relations and frequently engaged with top-level executives from global IT companies. Having worked across three continents Rajeev has cultivated a deep understanding of global consumer and business dynamics. Through client interactions and workshops he has honed his ability to assist C-level executives in making data-driven strategic decisions. With his wealth of experience in Business Research Strategy Creation and Business Development spanning over 15 years Rajeev co-founded Blitz Learning Technologies. The company's mission is to provide eLearning solutions that not only enhance clients' revenues but also revolutionize their L&D initiatives. Beyond his professional life Rajeev Suman is an accomplished poet and a dedicated advocate for promoting the Hindi language on a global platform. He indulges in his passion for writing Hindi poems and is committed to reintroducing and popularizing Hindi among today's youth. Additionally Rajeev is an avid fan of visual storytelling through comics particularly Indian superheroes featured in Raj comics Manoj comics and Tulsi comics. He closely follows developments in the Indian comics market including emerging players like Indusverse Bulls Eye and Holy Cow while also cherishing classics from Raj Comics Marvel and DC. Rajeev completed his PGDM from Jagdish Sheth Business & Management School (JAGSoM).
