Background

About Rajeev Yadav

With over 13 years in IT, I lead strategic initiatives at the intersection of business systems, revenue operations, and scalable growth. As the architect of our Lead-to-Cash (L2C) ecosystem, I drive mission-critical GTM operations and SaaS billing processes that directly impact recurring revenue and customer experience. I lead and mentor cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders across finance, product, and operations to deliver results under pressure. My track record includes successfully steering multiple post-merger integrations — ensuring system stability, change adoption, and uninterrupted ARR performance. Whether it’s optimising enterprise architecture, scaling billing infrastructure, or driving complex automation projects, I bring a structured, outcome-focused mindset grounded in clarity, cross-functional collaboration, and deep technical understanding. I thrive on solving complex challenges and building systems that don’t just support growth — they accelerate it. Outside of work, you’ll often find me on the badminton court, running long distances, or enjoying a good game of cricket.
