This experience sparked my fascination with understanding human behavior and its profound impact on learning. To further enhance my teaching methodologies and stay up-to-date with educational trends, I pursued a Bachelor of Education (BEd) from S.R.S.V. College of Education, equipping me with essential pedagogical skills and a spirit of critical thinking. This journey has enabled me to serve as a communicative English faculty and English faculty at Nalanda Vidyaniketan for four years, where I embraced innovative teaching methods and conducted engaging workshops, fostering a love for language and communication in my students. As an Operations Team Member at TautMore, I thrive in streamlining processes and ensuring seamless operations. My experience in team building and coordination has been instrumental in maintaining efficient workflows and cultivating a collaborative work culture.
