A solid foundation, graduating from 2nd oldest college of India, starting my career as a field engineer at the customer site, progressing from engineering to resource, to project management to head of operation and currently a member of management, having responsibilities towards strategic aligned business with robust financial integration, business development, sales, people management, procurement (sourcing), process, quality, compliance, and project management with Profit & Loss responsibility. Proficient in transformation of businesses to address immediate growth requirement, ensuring sustainable high growth in revenue and results, on multiple occasions in the career – start-up to a scale-up phase, moving from belief to behavior without losing the sight of original vision, the intent. Furthermore, my international experience (Germany, Singapore, USA) has equipped me with a global perspective and an understanding of diverse business environment and cultivated a deep appreciation for intercultural dynamics.Trained in deep technical skills at Siemens Germany, embracing project management and leading team at Siemens USA, I migrated back to India, assumed leadership role at Siemens before transitioning to my current position at E+H, entrusted with strategic responsibilities that demands - Rare, Consequential and Directive decision making My personal philosophy revolves around excelling in the role I am hired for and consistently striving for self-improvement, aiming to surpass yesterday's achievements.
